Presentation

The OEM S40 point source is a single-heater effusion source which can be equipped with an integrated water cooling and an integrated shutter.

The source has proven its versatility by evaporating materials such as Cu or Al maerials at temperatures up to 1500°C. The source is especially suitable for integrating into PVD machines (vertical position) dedicated to the advanced study of the CIGS , CZTS and OLED processes.
