As the year draws to a close, Riber is delighted to announce an order for two multi-wafers MBE 6000s.

The company’s best seller production system, the MBE 6000 is the archetype of the modern MBE. Its high level of performance in producing complex semiconductor heterostructures with monoatomic precision at a large scale and high manufacturing yields have forged its reputation and made it a much sought-after system.

The 2 machines are intended for an Asian industrial customer. They will be used to produce HEMT (field effect transistor) epiwafers for mobile communications. They will also be used to produce antimony-based optoelectronic components for RF and optoelectronic communication devices.
